As we welcome the spring and the light of the sunshine starting to come back into our lives it's nice to do a little energetic spring cleaning. Participants will be guided into deep relaxation as the healing sounds vibrate through their being. Root yourself into the ground while expanding your energy out into the universe. Manifestation comes when we are both grounded into the earth and reality but not so much so that we forget to dream, expand our minds and be open to new opportunities that may spring up.
